¡AYÚDANOS A COMPARTIR LA ENCUESTA CIUDADANA CDBG-MIT!
Como es de su conocimiento, el Departamento de la Vivienda de Puerto Rico está actualmente desarrollando el Plan de Acción CDBG-MIT para la asignación de $8.285 mil millones de fondos de mitigación para Puerto Rico.
La Encuesta Ciudadana CDBG-MIT tiene la intención de recoger el insumo de las experiencias vividas por los ciudadanos de la Isla durante y después de los desastres que nos han afectado en los últimos años. La encuesta se puede completar de las siguientes formas:
- En línea – A través de la página de internet de CDBG-MIT
- Por teléfono – Comunicándose al Centro de Llamadas y solicitando completar la Encuesta Ciudadana
- 787-522-5950 para TTY, ó al 1-833-234-CDBG / 1-833-234-2324
Hemos creado varias herramientas para informar el progreso de la encuesta y facilitar su cumplimentación:
- Video Tutorial que explica paso a paso, cómo completar la encuesta:
- Portal de la Encuesta Ciudadana CDBG-MIT que muestra las respuestas en tiempo real y, al presionar las estadísticas, podrán acceder la comparación entre Municipios y los resultados.
Queremos agradecerle por ser un participante activo en este proceso de desarrollo del Plan de Acción. Le solicitamos nuevamente que compartan los enlaces de la encuesta y el video tutorial con la ciudadanía, a través de sus cuentas oficiales (páginas de internet y redes sociales). Queremos alcanzar la mayor participación posible. Gracias a todos los que han completado y compartido la encuesta.
La fecha límite para completar la encuesta es el 5 de noviembre de 2020.

As you know, the Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH) is currently developing the CDBG-MIT Action Plan for the $8.285 billion allocation of mitigation funds for Puerto Rico. The intention of the CDBG-MIT Citizen Survey is to gain a more extensive understanding of the experiences lived by the citizens of Puerto Rico during and after the disasters that have affected us in recent years. This survey is publicly available and can be completed in the following ways:
- Online – Through the CDBG-MIT Website
- By Phone – Contacting the Call Center and requesting to complete the Citizen Survey
- 787-522-5950 for TTY, or call 1-833-234-CDBG/ 1-833-234-2324
We have created various tools to inform the progress and facilitate the completion of the Citizen Survey:
- Tutorial Video with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the Survey
- CDBG-MIT Citizen Survey Dashboard that shows the responses in real time and, when you press the statistics, it shows the comparison between Municipalities and the results.
We want to thank you for being an active participant in this CDBG-MIT planning process. We ask you all, once again, to spread the word and share the survey and video tutorial links with the citizenry through your official accounts (websites and social media). We want to achieve the highest possible participation. We greatly appreciate everyone that has completed and shared the survey.
